Grunley was the Prime Contractor for the exterior renovation of the U.S. Custom House. The U.S. Custom House occupies an entire city block in the heart of Philadel- phias Historic District. The 17-story facility houses numerous federal agencies. All work was performed while the facility remained occupied.
