Grunley completed a 230,000 square foot renovation while the building remained occupied by a law firm tenant. The renovation consisted of exterior façade and site improvements including the complete replacement of strip windows and curtainwall, roof and terrace paver replacement and new exterior landscaping and pavers. The scope of work also involved a full lobby renovation as well as elevator, mechanical and fire alarm upgrades.
