West Addition at Historic Center Building
Grunley constructed Building 54, our first new building project on the historic St. Elizabeths West Campus. The 100,00 SF building offers 74,000 SF of above-grade office and administrative spaces intended to house components of the Department of Homeland Security. The building also features a three-story glass connection to the Center Building and will seek LEED® Gold certification.
