Modernization
Grunley, in joint venture with GCS|Sigal, performed the modernization of Eaton Elementary School. The scope included expanding the preexisting 45,000 SF building to accommodate up to 490 students with new academic areas, administrative spaces, restrooms, cafeteria and kitchen, and storage, maintenance and utilities rooms.
