Grunley was the prime contractor for the renovation and fit-out of three buildings. At the Chancery Building, Grunley completely upgraded the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems and installed specialty windows. Within the Chancery Annex, Grunley installed a new sprinkler system and restored the existing finishes and surrounding grounds. The Consular Building was renovated to house new German visa counters and a new welcome center to the embassy; in addition, we upgraded the MEP systems and restored the interior finishes.
