Major Systems Infrastructure Improvements

Grunley was selected to provide CMc services for the major systems infrastructure improvements for the existing 13-story IMF Headquarters One Building. Preconstruction services included constructability reviews, value engineering, site logistics planning, and other design phase services. Construction activities within the 1,400,000 square foot building included selective demolition, hazardous materials abatement, full interior-related general construction, re-roofing, major structural modifications, and upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The project is seeking LEED NC Gold v3.0 certification.
