This $16.69 million design-build contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District will involve design and construction of a permanent dual Air Traffic Control and Fire Day Station facility. The station will house an administrative suite for a supervisor office, a general office and an ATC team room. It will also house two high-bays for emergency vehicles. Grunley’s design partner for this project is Fentress Architects.
