Pentagon Air Traffic Control Tower and Fire Day Station

This $21.7 million design-build contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District involved design and construction of a permanent dual Air Traffic Control and Fire Day Station facility. The station housed an administrative suite for a supervisor office, a general office and an ATC team room. It also housed two high-bays for emergency vehicles. Grunley’s design partner for this project was Fentress Architects.
