Shultz (George P.) National Foreign Affairs Training Center

Grunley built two new buildings totaling ~133,000 square feet on the campus of the George P. Shultz National Foreign Affairs Training Center. The center houses the Foreign Service Institute (FSI), the Federal Government's primary training institution for officers and support personnel of the U.S. foreign affairs community. The two buildings serve as administrative and instructional spaces. Infrastructure upgrades were made to the central plant. Lastly, Grunley built a new addition to the existing childcare center (which earned LEED© NC 2.1 Silver certification), a new visitor center, a new dining facility and other site improvements.
