Grunley constructed the Shaw, a mixed-use development in Washington, DC's Shaw neighborhood for Monument Realty. The new 100,000 SF, 8-story condominium building located at 618 T Street incorporated the existing retail facades and offers 69 new residential units, more than 7,000 SF of retail spaces at ground level and two below-grade garage levels. Residents will enjoy modern touches while also living in close proximity to the historic Howard Theatre, which lies adjacent to the new building.
