Renovation

This project consisted of six phases of complete modernization within this 1.29 million square foot historic occupied building. The scope included upgrades to MEP systems; installation of new telephone, communications and data systems; and selective replacement of fire protection systems. We also renovated the cafeteria and childcare center. Phases 4 and 5 of the modernization earned LEED® CI 2.0 Certified. The cafeteria modernization earned LEED CI 2.0 Platinum, and the childcare center modernization earned LEED CI 2009 Platinum certification.
