USDA BARC Building 002

Grunley is renovating the 34,080 SF, three-story BARC Building 002 laboratory/office building for the U.S. Department of Agriculture on the BARC-West campus. This historic building renovation includes the complete gutting of the interior, hazardous materials abatement, infrastructure systems upgrades, and the new construction of office and Bio-safety Level 2 (BSL-2) laboratory space.
