USDA South Building Wing 7

Grunley is performing the $119.5 million design-build renovation and modernization of Wing 7 within the historic USDA South Administration Building in Washington, DC. The nearly 250,000 SF project includes modernization of historic lobbies, public spaces, offices, administrative spaces, and conference rooms. All MEP, fire/life safety, security, and IT/telecommunications systems in Wing 7 are being replaced. Exterior work is limited to the replacement of roof systems and exterior masonry repairs, with exterior windows and doors being refinished.
