Grunley is pleased to announce some of its Q3 2022 wins.

Grunley is pleased to share news of a successful 3rd Quarter Projects Pursuit that has secured more than $285 million of work! A few of our recent project wins include:

MARFORCYBER B8605 Renovation

Grunley has been awarded a $26 million contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District to perform an adaptive re-use renovation for Building 8605 (a former barracks) to serve as administrative and office space for the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command (MARFORCYBER) at Fort Meade, Maryland. Our design partner is Page Architects.

National Defense University, Building 59 Renovations, Fort McNair, Washington, DC

Grunley has been awarded a $40 million contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District to provide renovation services for Eisenhower Hall (Building 59), an educational facility located on the Fort McNair Military Base in Washington, DC.

U.S. Department of Agriculture, South Building Wing 7 Design-Build Modernization

Grunley has been awarded a $114 million contract with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to renovate and modernize Wing 7 of the USDA South Administration Building in Washington, DC. Originally built in 1936, the USDA South Building, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, once held the distinction of being the largest office building in the world until the completion of the Pentagon. The extensive Wing 7 modernization will encompass nearly 250,000 SF of space and involve comprehensive interior and exterior renovation. Joining our team for this design-build contract is Shalom Baranes Associates, with whom Grunley has performed prior renovation work at the USDA South Building.

Special Operations Forces (SOF) Operations Building, Fort Meade, MD

Grunley was awarded a $82.6 million contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District to construct a new 114,000 SF Special Operations Forces (SOF) Operations Building at Fort Meade, Maryland.

P-5001, Design-Bid-Build, Joint Air Defense Operations Center, Phase II, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, DC

Grunley has been awarded a $27.7 million contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District to construct a new 71,000 SF Joint Air Defense Operations Center (JADOC) at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington, DC.
