Vice President of Purchasing

David joined Grunley in 2002 and serves as Vice President of Purchasing. In this role, he leads the development and execution of all subcontractor, provider, and supplier agreements, fostering strong, collaborative relationships within the subcontractor community. David also oversees the Purchasing Department, providing strategic guidance and mentorship to his team.
